LE VENTRE PLAT

Three weeks in and my stomach actually feels calm after meals now, not heavy and gurgling like before. The mix of five probiotic strains is clearly doing something right for my digestion.

Bloating used to hit me every afternoon at work, but three weeks with these five probiotic strains and my stomach finally feels quiet. The capsules are small enough to swallow without a fight, which honestly makes the daily habit stick.

I’ve been taking these after meals for about two weeks now and my digestion feels noticeably smoother, especially after heavier dinners. The probiotic blend seems to be doing its job, and I appreciate that it’s easy to stick with daily.
