Three weeks in and the redness around my nose has definitely calmed down, which is more than I expected from a supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and I’ve started noticing a subtle brightness in my skin tone, especially in the mornings.

I was skeptical about taking anything for skin, but the reduction in redness around my cheeks is noticeable after a month. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach, which is a big win for me.
