OMEGA 3-6-9

Three weeks in and the blend of lin, onagre, olive and bourrache oils makes the capsules easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste at all. I've noticed my joints feel less creaky in the morning, which is a nice bonus since I mainly bought it for the omega 3-6-9 balance.

My skin’s been less itchy since I started these, and the blend of lin, bourrache and olive oils feels like a solid daily boost. The softgels are easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste at all, which is a big win for me.

The mix of lin, onagre, olive and bourrache oils in one capsule is a real timesaver for my daily routine. I've noticed my skin feels less dry after three weeks, and the softgels don't leave any oily aftertaste.
