I’ve been taking one liposomal B12 capsule each morning for three weeks now and the afternoon slump is genuinely gone, which the methylcobalamine form must be doing its job. The softgel itself is tiny and easy to swallow, no aftertaste at all.

The methylcobalamin form is exactly why I picked this over cheaper B12, and it's been three weeks with noticeably steadier energy in the afternoons. The liposomal gel capsules are a bit larger than I'd like, but they go down fine with water. Solid four stars from me.
