OMEGA 3 KRILL

I was a bit skeptical about another supplement, but the fact that this uses Antarctic krill oil with astaxanthin built in sold me. Three weeks in, I just feel less stiff getting out of bed, and the small softgels are easy to swallow.

My knees don't ache as much after my morning runs since I started these, and the softgels are surprisingly small so they're easy to swallow. The Antarctic krill oil with EPA and DHA really does feel cleaner than the fish oil I used to take.
